The Alert Module for Sweet-Billing notifies users of special information about patients, calls or codes. This module can eliminate sticky notes on your desk reminding you about what you need to do for certain accounts. Alert messages can be prompted when accessing a patient or call, assigning a patient to a call, when applying charges and upon saving. Wav files, text messages or icons can be used in the Alert pop-up message.
