Often at this time of the year, we reflect back on that for which we are thankful. At Ortivus there are two very important thoughts that come to mind:

  • You, our customer. As we continue to enhance our product line and educational opportunities, we appreciate your willingness as our partner, to provide input, allow us to come on-site and take time out of your busy day to discuss ideas and thoughts to improve our products and services to best serve you.
  • Our Ortivus Team. Most of our employees have been with our company over 10 years, which is beneficial in striving to provide you, our customer, with the necessary information and tools in order for you to make informative decisions and run your business efficiently.

Also in reviewing our past year, I would like to share a few areas in which I feel we have made significant improvements:

  • Education at your fingertips with our informative line-up of webinars. If you haven’t checked out our Ortivus University Webinars or signed up for Coffee with Kelly, please do so. I think you will find that the information is helpful for improving your skills and knowledge base in EMS billing, dispatching and patient care reporting.
  • Ortivus is in the midst of new product releases: Fusion ePCR and Fusion eTrack. Both products have been designed with input from our customers.
  • Providing a user-friendly website which contains information on the industry and our products.
