Support Hours

Support Hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday.

The only exceptions to these hours are major holidays, company meetings and department meetings (Wednesdays from 4-5 pm CST).

Whenever possible, changes in support hours will be noted in the TriTalk EMS newsletter.

24-hour CAD Support is provided for customers who have a current maintenance agreement.
