I am an TriTech customer but I am not the primary contact:

If you are not the primary contact, you can either use your Customer ID number (no spaces, no dashes - do not log in with an email address) and password with the primary contact’s permission. Make sure that your agency has a valid Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) with TriTech Emergency Medical Systems, otherwise, you will not be able to access your account. To renew your SMA, please contact Support.

You may create a New Account which you will be able to access using your email address and password. This new account will allow you to register for webinars, subscribe to the TriTalk - EMS Newsletter, update your personal profile and manage your credentials. You will not be able to access the Download Center and Recorded Classes, as these are restricted to the primary contact (or other customer contacts who have access/permission to use the customer number and password) with a valid SMA.
